What does a first session with you look like?
The treatments I provide are geared toward alleviating suffering from distressing psychological symptoms, helping people change characteristic and self-defeating behaviors, assisting in adjusting to life circumstances, as well as in-depth exploration of underlying psychological processes. I have experience treating co-morbid behavioral and medical conditions. I have developed various patient-driven treatment protocols to help individuals address debilitating co-morbid medical concerns. Patients can expect to receive integrated multidisciplinary care that includes medication management, customized in keeping with the patients best interest and their unique circumstances.
