I do a comprehensive initial evaluation, including a detailed review of your psychiatric, medical, and lifestyle. I request vital signs and medical records to collaborate with PCP or specialist if needed with your permission and may recommend Pharmacogenetic (PGx) Testing. I assess everyday wellness and provide supportive therapy.

You could expect at the end of your session that I have considered evidence-based treatment options that will benefit you the best, your care plan is individualized for you, so depending on your desires, goals, and struggles, I may recommend: a comprehensive baseline laboratory or specialized testing, provide mental health education, with nutritional guidance, supplementation, and lifestyle changes.
