What is your style/approach to therapy?

Care is individualized, but I utilize reliable mental health and behavioral health professional assessment and diagnostic tools. I do a comprehensive initial evaluation, including a detailed review of your psychiatric, medical, and lifestyle. I request vital signs and medical records to collaborate with PCP or specialist if needed with your permission and may recommend Pharmacogenetic (PGx) Testing. I assess everyday wellness and provide supportive therapy.

What does a first session with you look like?

You could expect at the end of your session that I have considered evidence-based treatment options that will benefit you the best, your care plan is individualized for you, so depending on your desires, goals, and struggles, I may recommend: a comprehensive baseline laboratory or specialized testing, provide mental health education, with nutritional guidance, supplementation, and lifestyle changes. At the end of the session, you will have tools to help you on your journey to a balanced life - a better life. Lastly, you could expect to build a therapeutic relationship with a provider who delivers compassionate, respectful, and reliable care.
