The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. Clients are guided and supported as they work through their unique mental health challenges – and, along the way, shown the life-changing power of therapy.
I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. Having over 20 years of experience in this field has allowed me the privilege of building great rapport and therapeutic working relationships with clients across a broad base continuum of care. This has made me the Clinical Therapist that I am today and for that I am grateful.
