Clients can expect to walk away with answers and solutions to help them overcome those challenges that prevent them from reaching their full potential. Clients that find themselves imprisoned by their fears will find the hope to move forward.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
In order to meet my client's needs in the best way possible, my approach towards therapy is to apply a humanistic, integrative and evidence-based approach. The treatments I provide mainly consist of CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
