What does a first session with you look like?
I have had the honor of watching so many individuals make wonderful shifts in their lives with relatively simple new understandings about themselves. In a few short sessions, you can already begin to feel relief, a little better about yourself and hope for the future.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
After assessing your most important concerns and goals, I apply strategies from evidenced-based therapies including Cognitive Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to identify the source of difficult emotions, raise insight and make a shift.
