What does a first session with you look like?
During our sessions, you will have the opportunity to learn about your own emotions, self-regulation, and how to build a better relationship with yourself. You will learn how to cope with life challenges, change unhelpful thought patterns, face unresolved grief and trauma, and safely navigate your therapy goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am particularly experienced in areas of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengthening safe coping skills. I also have training in pain reprocessing therapy. I take a holistic approach for therapy that fuses my passions for empowering others and advocating their needs.
