What does a first session with you look like?
Clients will be able to gain enough knowledge about themselves to face life stressors as they might present. You will learn how to regulate your emotions appropriately, to communicate effectively and to learn that no changes will take place unless you want them to happen.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
You will be introduced to Cognitive behavioral techniques, supportive therapy, behavioral interventions, Neurolinguist programming, client-centered, Gestalt approach among others which will ultimately help you achieve a successful level of functioning.
