What does a first session with you look like?
I am looking forward to helping clients manage their stress, anxiety, depression and other life issues. I approach all clients and client situations in a non-judgmental and accepting manner. I am direct but still warm and empowering. I believe in going at the client’s pace. I like to empower each client to be an active participant in their healing.
