What is your style/approach to therapy?

My approach combines solution focused, client centered, trauma focus, T-F CBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory.

What does a first session with you look like?

I feel passionate about helping you overcome your challenges, and to move on with your live in a very compassionate and supportive environment. I believe that developing a good therapeutic relationship is extremely important for you to feel comfortable in being open and honest. I operate from a strength-based approach knowing that you are the experts of your story, and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming your challenges enhancing your live.
