What is your style/approach to therapy?

I have years of experience providing counseling, and coordination of care for mothers struggling with depression, anxiety, and or substance use. I have training in strength based solutions, motivational interviewing, and postpartum support. I have also worked with children and teens and strive to provide a welcoming environment where growth can occur.

What does a first session with you look like?

I will work with you on this journey to create change and growth. I provide a non-judgmental therapeutic space where we create real tools for change.
