What does a first session with you look like?
During the first session, biographical information, it's obtained, so we can identify the issues that you bring to counseling. From that body of information will discuss goals, their identification, and the timelines to accomplish those goals in.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I employ several models of strategies that overtime has blended into an eclectic approach that uses cognitive behavioral therapy, Hypnosis, affective, or emotional, interventions, but the most important intervention is setting you at ease to open up and allow strategies of change. Counseling's purpose is to stimulate the clients inner resources to resolve their issues.
