What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Grace Roxas is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing as nurse practitioner since 2016. She graduated from Northern Illinois University for her Family Nurse Practitioner and received her post master's degree for Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner from University of Cincinnati. She believes in a holistic and collaborative approach in treating her patients. She also uses the best quality evidence and best practices in the treatment plan in addressing the patient's concern. Furthermore, she believes that the patient/ family/ significant other should be involved in the shared decision making in choosing the best treatment option in arriving a desirable positive outcome. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. Grace loves traveling with her family and playing the piano.
