What does a first session with you look like?
I am a strong believer in establishing a strong clinical relationship in order to provide the most effective work possible. After our initial session, I like to take time to get to know you; likes, dislikes, interests, hobbies; if it is important to you it is important to our work together. I also believe that everyone is unique and I run my sessions to reflect the uniqueness of each client I see. I can work collaboratively with you to meet your goal or I can give you the space to do what you need when with me in each session. I am here to support you however you need.
