What does a first session with you look like?
After the first session, we should start to come to mutual goals and have transparency about what to expect in therapy. By the second session, a strong assessment of what is happening should be developed and goals refined. In the third session and beyond we continually assess while working toward goals with interventions suitable for each individual, couple or family.
