What does a first session with you look like?
Treatment plan is individualized, clients are seen in a timely manner and are not rushed. Services are provided from the privacy of your home face to face or by phone. I believe in meeting the client where they are and building a partnership with the client. I aim to improve the lives of clients by delivering exceptional mental health care and to bring about mental health awareness by empowering clients with the education and services they need. I believe we cannot have complete wellness without taking care of our mental health. I believe in partnering with clients to help them have optimal health, which can be achieved by caring for the individual, mind, body, and spirit.
