What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Beth has over 40 years experience providing therapy to children and adults, couples and families. Cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, building communication skills and , developing a healthy support system are key components of her therapy sessions.
