The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems.

Dr. Heather Page is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) with over 13 years of experience providing empirically-supported, high-quality mental health care to children, teens, adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, behavior disorders, trauma, family conflict, and more. Dr. Page earned her Doctorate degree in Clinical-Community Psychology. In sessions, she uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), parent management training (PMT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and prolonged exposure therapy (PET).Dr. Page's therapeutic approach is firmly rooted in the community value of empowerment; she's dedicated to providing safe spaces for the emotionally challenged to find their voice and direction in life. Dr. Page equips her clients with the necessary tools to successfully navigate their challenges while identifying and building on their strengths. Sheviews therapy as a reciprocal relationship, encouraging you to participate in the therapeutic process by creating a comfortable space in which to share your experience.
