What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based, person-centered, strength based, eclectic, trauma focused, as well as solution focused methods.
What does a first session with you look like?
You can expect to build a close working relationship that will provide you with the opportunity to heal, grow, understand and manage the symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, etc. You will build confidence that will allow you to continue your path of emotional healing even beyond the close of therapy.
