What does a first session with you look like?
Upon the initial session, we will discuss the nature of the issue(s), work together to establish a treatment plan and schedule future appointments. I will work to assist you while maintaining a non-judgmental, unbiased, and encouraging rapport. As you begin to feel better, we can meet less frequently until we are at a maintenance stage.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a multilevel approach. I am not a one-size-fits-all counselor. I use many different modalities to assist each need. From CBT, DBT, Rogierian to Solution-Focused. I will offer various strategies and tools to assist you.
