Toni Davis is a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-NC) with over 10 years ofexperience treating adults and couples who are suffering from concerns or conditions related to anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship dysfunction, low self-esteem, divorce, trauma, PTSD, and more. She earned her Bachelor s degree from the University of Virginia and her Master s degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Toniprimarily utilizes cognitive behavioral (CBT), solutions-focused, and person-centered therapy methods in sessions. She is also trained in EMDR Therapy and the Gottman Method for couples. At some point in our lives, we all experience problems we just can t handle on our own. Toni wants you to know it s okay to ask for help. In fact, asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
