Medication Management: Psychopharmacology plays a vital role in managing mental health disorders. Psychotherapy: Talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Education and Psychoeducation: Knowledge is empowering when it comes to managing mental health. Self-Care Promotion: I emphasize the importance of self-care in maintaining and improving mental health.
