What does a first session with you look like?
I will hear your story and help you explore and plan to accomplish your goals. I am easy-going, friendly, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I enjoy working with individuals moving through difficult life transitions where they may feel lost. We can find the answers together.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I operate from Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. My goal is to support and empower you to identify and address life's issues and face them head-on, to help you learn how to cope with and manage life stresses so that they are not controlling you and overtaking your life.
