What does a first session with you look like?
Clients usually have misconceptions, biases, anxiety, and conflicting feelings at the initial time of their session. During the session, the client will feel a sense of calmness, support, and feel heard. The client will feel comfortable in a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic, and safe.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My primary focus is to work collaboratively with my clients to develop a treatment plan that's tailored to their specific needs, with the goal of achieving optimal mental wellness and overall satisfaction. I believe that integrating psychotherapy and medication management can be effective in achieving these goals, and I strive to help each person find the right balance of these approaches to achieve the desired outcome.
