What is your style/approach to therapy?
I emphasize a holistic approach to counseling, considering the client's mental, spiritual, and physical needs. I use various treatment modalities including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy.
What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect a caring and compassionate space to heal and work through their past traumas. They can expect to learn how to manage their anxiety, depression, and cope with grief in healthy ways.
