By learning what your strengths are as well as what your limits are, you will gain insight on who you are. This insight gives you a much deeper understanding of yourself. You will learn to better manage your moods, behaviors, thoughts and feelings. Through the use of heathy coping skills you will gain a better perspective of yourself and what makes you unique.
As I stated previously, I am a firm believer that you the client holds all the answers that you are typically seeking. It is just that these answers are usually blocked by the many obstacles that are in our paths. Through the use of a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) you learn to better identify as well as change negative thought patterns that impact your overall behaviors and emotions.
