What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including ADHD, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Coping Skills, Depression, Divorce / Breakup, Grief / Loss, Life Transition, Self Esteem, Sexual Abuse, Stress, Trauma / PTSD and Women’s Issues.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

As someone who has experienced trauma, loss, parenting behavioral issues, and anxiety, I am passionate about working together to find techniques and solutions that work for you and your family.
