What does a first session with you look like?
Therapy is scary enough! No matter the age, ethnicity, or culture we all struggle with life. If I can be of service to help with the stigma of therapy, I will do my best. Using empathic responses and unconditional positive regard I will provide a judgement free, open-minded, and straightforward therapeutic alliance, there are never hidden agendas.
