What does a first session with you look like?
Together we will talk about who you are and how you got to be who you are today so that together we can collaboratively work on improving your inner sense of connection, safety and regulation. My sessions are grounded in empathy and compassion. I truly welcome all parts of you and provide you the safe space needed to go through this process.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize mindfulness, EMDR to help clients process and learn about what is keeping them stuck. I understand that safety is the treatment so my goal is to always offer safety to support your work and healing.
