What does a first session with you look like?
As a client, you can expect to feel safe and create a space that you choose. You can expect my full attention, support and authentic self while in session. I will create a holding space to release, express yourself and just be. We will explore your current life journey and bring awareness to your thoughts and feelings. It is a joint effort that will be utilized to help you create the life that you want to live.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
During sessions, I utilize a combination of Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy modalities depending on my clients' needs and wants, which will be discussed in our initial session.
