What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Jaime uses an integrative approach using techniques from multiple modalities including TF-CBT, DBT, IFS and EMDR. Jaime has previous experience working in both residential and intensive outpatient settings where she gained experience and expertise treating high risk populations (those with suicidal ideation and self injurious behavior). She has a special love for working with LGBT-Q+ populations. Jaime specializes in working with trauma, mood/anxiety disorders, pregnancy/postpartum mental health and working with people who are ethically non-monogamous. Jaime believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for people to heal from past trauma, overcome adversity and work on living your best, most authentic life.
