The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. Healing begins the moment you take the first step and ask for help.

Jaime Olidge is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in the state of Texas with over 10 years of experience working with teens, adults, seniors, groups, and families that are dealing with substance abuse struggles, ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder (ODD), bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Jaime completed her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice at Benedict College and completed her Masters of Education in School Counseling at Liberty University. Additionally, she is a Behavior Specialist with a vast knowledge of understanding and identifying behavior functions, behavior intervention strategies as well as applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques. Jaime has a passion for working with young adult women but loves to work with all adult clients. Jaime is a member of the LGBTQ+ community and is aware of the struggles in that community. Jaime understands how hard it is to take the first step to ask for help but healing is within arm's reach. She is eager to help you build your own bridge to success along your journey toward healing, self-awareness, confidence, and growth in all aspects of life.
