I assist individuals in exploring their thoughts and feelings by challenging their thinking and offering alternative perspectives for the development of healthier relationships with themself and others.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Narrative, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic. I utilize the therapeutic relationship to collaboratively guide individuals toward their goals with a positive mindset.
