After the first session, clients will understand the focus of the treatment and the steps necessary to achieve therapy goals and objectives. Time frames will be part of the treatment plan. Further sessions will be devoted to the exploration on increasing awareness of self and the identified problem. Trust and collaboration between therapist and client will significantly increase the chances of achieving success with the identified problem. Throughout this exploration goals will have been reviewed and achieved resulting in a reduction of symptoms and improved quality of life.

You will become involved as an active partner in your treatment. Utilizing REBT (rational emotive behavioral therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and behavioral modification therapy we will embark on this journey for symptom reduction and better quality of life. Mindfulness based discussions will provide additional strategies to enhance symptom reduction. Homework will be assigned as appropriate.
