I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. As a therapist, I find that people often underestimate their strength. I strive to help my clients rediscover their strength and find their way to health and happiness.

James is a Licensed Psychological Examiner (LPE-I) in the state of Arkansas.Heprimarily works with teenagers (14+) and adults andhas worked with clients with various issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, grief, and more. James has over 20 years of experience with individuals, groups, couples, and families. He has worked in a variety of settings from outpatient to inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient.He received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and his Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Kent State University. His style is relaxed and empathetic, yet direct when called for.
