What does a first session with you look like?
Because you are unique, our work together will be tailored to your personal needs and experiences. At the heart of my work is the belief that we heal best in environments that are safe, collaborative, and at a pace that feels right to you.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My work is influenced by the latest in neurobiology, attachment research, and the knowledge that we are all innately hardwired toward growth and healing…. Sometimes we just need some help getting unstuck. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate elements of parts work, mind/body, symbolic imagery, sandtray, and other depth oriented approaches.
