What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Anxiety, LGBTQIA+, Life Transition, Stress and Women’s Issues.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

As a brown, queer, nonbinary first gen kid, my approach to therapy is rooted in building a safe space to explore and grow towards your healing and wellness goals.
