We use our sessions and the present moment to create a deeper space for awareness of stressors, habits, and long-standing life patterns so that you actively heal, create, and live your authentic soul-centered life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My work is client-centered, integrating Western and Eastern techniques based on your goals and your vision for your future, informed by: Jungian techniques; balancing and integrating the Masculine/Feminine energies; Ketamine assisted therapy (in Madera office only); psychedelic integration; yoga, mantra, and meditation; and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (certified). I offer groups for psychedelic medicine integration, and psycho-spiritual awakening.
