Our initial visit will be a 1-2 hour diagnostic evaluation during which we will review your mental health concerns and history in detail to determine whether medication could be helpful for you. If you are already taking medications, we will discuss the safety/effectiveness of these to determine whether any changes should be made. I will share my thoughts on your diagnosis, treatment options and answer any questions you may have. Follow-up visits will be 15-60 minutes every 2-12 weeks depending on your individual needs. During these visits, we will review your symptoms and whether your medications are helping or causing any negative side effects. We will discuss potential medication adjustments and other treatment/lifestyle recommendations to help improve your symptoms if needed.

- My professional training and experience - Your knowledge/expertise about yourself and your symptoms - Psychotropic medications if indicated - Note: I am not currently able to prescribe controlled substances such as Adderall, Concerta, Vyvanse, Xanax, Klonopin, or Valium with Grow Therapy - Diagnostic tests such as bloodwork to help identify potential medical causes for your mental health concerns if indicated - Some medications do require regular lab and/or vital signs monitoring for your safety - I will recommend that you purchase an at-home blood pressure cuff if your medications are likely to impact your blood pressure - Referral to other medical providers if indicated - Vitamins and supplements if indicated - Genesight testing if desired - Clinical guidelines - Rating scales
