What does a first session with you look like?
My counseling style is warm, authentic, and non-judgemental. I believe in treating everyone with respect. We can address current or unresolved issues from your past. I can also counsel from a Christian-based standpoint if preferred. My goal is to listen and empower you to walk in freedom from the obstacles keeping you from living your most fulfilled life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am continually expanding my professional toolbox. I will tailor my approach to your specific needs and we can work together to formulate achievable goals. I currently utilize CBT, SFBT, Alderian, Person-centered, Gestalt, Mindfulness, and REBT.
