What does a first session with you look like?

You can expect to gain insight and clarity about yourself & your situation. My hope is to be able to help guide you on your journey to a healthier life. Sometimes we find ourselves holding our breath while trying to figure out next steps. In our sessions you will be able to let that breath go and find peace in your process.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I am a big proponent of CBT & DBT as a method of making positive change. I also find it helpful to provide “homework” between sessions. My clients find that their progress is greater if they continue the thinking process between sessions.
