What does a first session with you look like?
You can expect at the end of our session to finally find a provider who listens and shows empathy, someone who is committed to finding the best and safest individualize treatment option that is suitable for you. You will also form a lasting bond with a provider that is culturally competent, honest, attentive, caring, sincere, respectful and reliable.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize evidence based practice, patient centered treatment model combined with a step by step therapeutic approach in all my decision making process which may consists of questionnaires/ rating scales that assist with diagnosing, medication management, counseling and any appropriate referrals if needed. I also understand the importance of an integrative approach.
