What does a first session with you look like?
I believe in empathy, compassion and non-judgement during my work with others. Change comes from looking inward, but often we need someone to help us navigate this.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic theory to guide my practice. I also find mindfulness techniques extremely helpful in keeping us grounded and present.
