What does a first session with you look like?
The first session with me will be one where we will get to know one another and build a therapeutic relationship. This setting will be used to identify your key concerns and collaborate to create an individualized treatment plan with realistic goals for you to work on. Throughout your therapy sessions, we will continue to reassess your progress, address any new concerns you may have, and continue collaborating to make the forward progression to a healthier you.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize cognitive-behavior therapy, dialectical behavior and creative/expressive art therapy to guide you in positive change and self-discovery. These therapies involve examining your thoughts and ways of thinking, gaining emotional intelligence and regulation, and using creative and expressive art to help discover and unlock your potential.
