What does a first session with you look like?
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself and explore your thoughts and feelings. I want us to be able to work together to identify ways you can continue to work towards being your happiest, authentic self.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Talk Therapy, Coping Skills, Parenting Skills and Mindfulness. I also provide psychoeducation when needed to provide education surrounding mind/body wellness. Different assessment tools will be utilized to track different symptoms presented during therapeutic sessions.
