What does a first session with you look like?
We all go through difficult or uneasy times in our lives and I am here to provide you with the best guidance and support possible. You can expect to take away goals that will help facilitate the behavioral or mental changes needed to improve your health. I aim to promote your personal decision-making process & enhance your ability to cope with any and all issues or diseases that are affecting you. The environment I create is one where you can feel heard & understood due to how I promote my empathy plus compassion for our meetings.

I have a patient-centered approach to providing care. I aim to treat you with the dignity & respect that you deserve. I want you to participate in your care process with me by giving insight to how & what you feel will help best. I am here to support you so that we can come to a consensus together in an attempt to improve your mental health & overall well-being. In between sessions and even after my care, you will be provided with resources and tools that could be helpful throughout your day.
