What does a first session with you look like?
In our initial session(s), we will explore your goals and formulate a plan to remove barriers and move ahead in the direction of your goals. In subsequent sessions, we'll assess your progress and makes adjustments to ensure you're on the right track.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but my overall approach is eclectic. I pull from different counseling theories to customize an effective approach for each client.
