My main area of focus is Existential/Psychodynamic, with an emphasis on CBT. I mostly utilize a free and open space for us to explore whatever it is that you feel is important to discuss in the Here and Now. I share that space with you to explore concepts like Accountability, Ownership and Responsibility in order to find Existential Freedom from whatever it is that presents to be creating conflict from excelling into a more Actualized Self. Specific techniques that I use are Free Association, CBT and thought restructuring, psycho-education and teaching of theory (when necessary); all of which are ways for my to explore and understand your unconscious Self, so that I can bring it into awareness for us both to explore.

Therapy can be sometimes be a long process, and rightly so. Connecting with someone by being vulnerable and open about some of your deepest aspects of yourself can be scary. Therapy with me is whatever it needs to be. Previous clients of mine have shared how their work with me was honest, authentic, professional and compassionate. We can roam whatever space necessary for us to hone in and focus on whatever it is that seems to be the conflict in your life. My hope and expectation is that you feel heard, safe, guided and understood as we navigate through the dynamics of Self.
