What does a first session with you look like?
Together we will discover areas for concentration to build support and open new resilience.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize training in EMDR for trauma, pain, and attachment. I will integrate Emotional Focus Therapy with EMDR to focus on attachment strength. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Radically Open DBT and strengths will be developed in areas needed.
