What does a first session with you look like?
When we begin working, I start where you are. We explore the areas that are impacting you the most. As we process and identify these areas we also explore techniques/strategies that will ultimately allow you to work through difficult/challenging times.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My foundation is in clinical social work and trauma counseling. I use this to help my clients build awareness of environmental stressors that may be impacting their overall functioning. I utilize an integrative model that allows for a flexible, unique, and individualized therapeutic experience.
