What does a first session with you look like?
Jemma will strive to provide psychiatric services that support personal development and good mental health. Jemma recognizes that each customer is an individual who is impacted by his or her culture, family, values and beliefs, and personal identity.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Comprehensive assessment and diagnosis based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) criteria. We will provide therapy tools and prescribe medications based on clinical practice guidelines.
